I provide project management services. After completion of the design process I can work directly with the contractor of your choice to manage the project or work directly with your group of subcontractors if you choose to self-build( be your own general contractor). Each project is different, and I will provide an estimate of fees for my services based on the project structure.

Residential-Ready Stock Plan - $1,500.00 

Changes to stock plans - $65.00 per hour 

New home design ,deck design, remodels, additions etc. - $65.00 per hour

Supplemental documents for permit process - $300.00

Site plan - $300.00

Electronic submittal and follow-up revisions - $300.00

Each plan includes: 

Elevations, floorplans, foundation plan, deck plan(s), door, window, fixture and cabinet schedules, cross sections, floor, ceiling and roof framing, wall elevations, 3D walkthroughs and views. 

Interior design details and finishing  can be added to your individual taste.

Near photo quality renders available upon request. I can provide lifelike images to help determine finishes and other details!
