- Preliminary site information gathering to determine what is allowable for the site
- Meet on site to survey the land and neighboring stru

- Decide if I’m a good fit for the intended project. If so, we will discuss my design terms and I’ll collect a deposit to start the design process.

The design process has become more complex than ever due to the requirements by local municipalities to incorporate energy code information and specifications into the completed construction documents. All structural, mechanical and finishing requirements will need to be addressed at the onset of the design process.
