Since I have a thorough understanding of the building process from many years in the field, I can offer helpful insight into:

- building code compliance
- residential permitting process and the municipal code structure
The design process has become more complex than ever due to the requirements by local municipalities to incorporate energy code information and specifications into the completed construction documents. All structural, mechanical and finishing requirements will need to be addressed at the onset of the design process.
